Terms

These terms cover your use of respectthethrottle.com, run by Respect The Throttle, 219 West 145th Street, New York, NY 10039. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break it, overload it, get into parts that aren’t meant for you, or use the forms to send spam.

Our brand and content

Respect The Throttle, THROTTLE, our logos (including the gorilla), and the photos, video, writing and design on this site belong to us or to the people who made them. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing a link is always fine.

Music and artists

Music, videos and clips by our artists belong to the artists and their rights holders. Links to streaming services and social media take you to those services.

Studio sessions

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your session is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. Rates shown are for three-hour sessions, and prices can change; the price confirmed in our reply is the one that applies. We’ll agree the details of your session, including timing and any deposit or cancellation terms, when we confirm it.

Merch and helmets

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Availability and prices can change. Orders follow our Shipping & returns policy.

For helmets, the safety certification is what the manufacturer’s label on that helmet says, as listed on each product. Make sure a helmet fits properly and is right for how you ride.

Other websites

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email respecthethrottle145@gmail.com.
